Return Process

    Visit the Wyze Support Portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the return authorization process.

    Print Your Shipping Label

    Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to include in your package.

    Pack Your Device

    Safely place the device in its original packaging with all included accessories and cables to ensure a full refund of the purchase price.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    After our warehouse receives and inspects your returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
